Missouri app reviews

Every app on the list has its own card below, showing the offer we checked, how it runs in Missouri and who it suits.

1. FanDuel

FanDuel got its Missouri license through St. Louis City SC and went live on launch night. The app is the easiest of the group to use.

Same game parlays take a few taps, and the prop menus for Chiefs games run deep.

2. DraftKings

DraftKings won one of Missouri's two untethered licenses in August 2025, so it operates without a casino or team partner. It opened pre-registration in September 2025.

3. BetMGM

BetMGM is partnered with Century Casinos, which picked it in May 2025 and runs BetMGM retail sportsbooks in Cape Girardeau and Caruthersville.

4. Fanatics

Fanatics entered Missouri through Boyd Gaming and runs the retail sportsbooks at Ameristar Kansas City and Ameristar St. Charles. Every bet earns FanCash, which you can spend on Chiefs, Cardinals or Blues gear or turn back into bets.

5. bet365

bet365 is an official mobile sports betting partner of the St. Louis Cardinals and launched with the market on December 1, 2025. It is at its best in live betting.

9. Kalshi

Kalshi has been a CFTC-designated contract market since 2020 and lists contracts on games, interest rates, weather and elections. Missouri Attorney General Catherine Hanaway sent it a cease-and-desist letter over sports contracts in September 2026, and Kalshi sued the state and the Missouri Gaming Commission in federal court in late October. Its markets are still open to Missourians 18 and older while that case runs.

10. Polymarket US

Polymarket US runs a CFTC-regulated order book with markets on sports, politics, economics, crypto, culture and weather. It was one of six platforms to get a cease-and-desist letter from Missouri's attorney general in September 2026, and it still takes Missouri traders while that dispute plays out. Accounts are open from age 18.

18+ Only. Restrictions and eligibility requirements apply. Not available in all jurisdictions. Trading is risky. 100% loss can occur. See polymarket.com/tos for more information. 11. Novig

Novig is a sports-only prediction market where every trade is matched against another person, and pregame straight trades carry no commission. Missouri's attorney general named Novig in the September 2026 cease-and-desist letters over sports event contracts, and the app is still serving the state. You need to be 21 to trade.

Read our full Novig review, or claim the offer here.

12. ProphetX

ProphetX lets you back or lay sports contracts against other traders, and since June 2026 it has cleared its own trades under CFTC approval. Sports betting law in Missouri

Missouri lawmakers tried for years to pass sports betting and failed, so the state's pro teams took it to the voters. Amendment 2 passed with just over 50% in November 2024 and required the Missouri Gaming Commission to launch by December 1, 2025. The commission hoped to go live in the summer, but the secretary of state rejected its emergency rules, and betting opened right on the deadline.

The amendment allows up to 14 online licenses. Casino companies and pro teams can each bring an app, and two untethered licenses went to DraftKings and Circa. Team markets on Missouri colleges are allowed, but player props on Missouri college athletes are not, and in January 2026 the commission turned down an NCAA request to widen that ban.

Missouri teams to bet on

Missouri's pro teams are split between Kansas City and St. Louis, and there is no NBA or WNBA team in the state.

  • Kansas City Chiefs (NFL): Won Super Bowls LVII and LVIII. The team plans to move to a new domed stadium across the state line in Wyandotte County, Kansas.
  • St. Louis Cardinals (MLB): Play at Busch Stadium and are bet365's Missouri partner.
  • Kansas City Royals (MLB): Won the World Series in 2015.
  • St. Louis Blues (NHL): Won the Stanley Cup in 2019.
  • St. Louis City SC (MLS): FanDuel's Missouri partner.
  • Kansas City Current (NWSL): Won the 2025 NWSL Shield with a record-setting regular season at CPKC Stadium.
  • Missouri Tigers (college): Play in the SEC. Their games are on the board, but player props on Mizzou athletes are not.

Responsible gambling in Missouri

Set a budget before you bet and use the deposit, wager and time limits every licensed app offers. If betting stops being fun, Missouri's problem gambling helpline, 1-888-BETSOFF (1-888-238-7633), is free, confidential and open around the clock. The Missouri Gaming Commission runs a self-exclusion list for sports wagering, created in 2025, and every licensed app lets you exclude yourself. The national helpline, 1-800-GAMBLER, also takes calls from Missouri.
