Arkansas Betting Sites, Apps & Guide

by The OddsCrowd Analysts

Arkansas voters legalized sports betting in 2018, but for years the only apps were small ones run by the state's three casinos. That changed on March 20, 2026, when FanDuel and DraftKings went live statewide as technology partners of Oaklawn and Southland. Saracen still runs its own app, so there are three online sportsbooks in the state.

Below is our list of the best Arkansas apps, followed by a closer look at each one we recommend. Further down you'll find the age and college rules, how the state taxes winnings and the questions we hear most.

Offers checked November 4, 2026. Terms apply to every offer, so read them on the operator's site before you sign up.

Arkansas app reviews

Each card below covers one app from the list: what it does well, how it works in Arkansas and the offer we checked.

1. FanDuel

FanDuel runs Oaklawn's online sportsbook. The Hot Springs track swapped its old Oaklawn Sports app for one built on FanDuel's platform, so the app carries both names, but the odds, the bet slip and the account are FanDuel's.

Same game parlays on Razorbacks games take a few taps, and the live odds keep pace with the game.

Read our full FanDuel review, or claim the offer here.

2. DraftKings

DraftKings powers the online sportsbook of Southland Casino Hotel in West Memphis, where it replaced Betly. Southland's app handled $28.2 million in mobile bets in July 2026, more than any other Arkansas app that month.

Expect daily odds boosts, and every bet counts toward Dynasty Rewards.

Read our full DraftKings review, or claim the offer here.

3. Sleeper

Sleeper is a season-long fantasy app first, and its real-money Player Picks sit one tab over from your league chat. Max and Flex entries can still pay after a miss, and NFL, NBA and MLB picks carry injury insurance. Arkansas has allowed paid fantasy contests since Act 1075 in 2017, and Sleeper takes players here from 18.

Read our full Sleeper review, or claim the offer here.

4. Dabble

Dabble treats pick'em as a social game: entries can be public, anyone can copy one with a tap, and a live chat room runs beside each game. In Arkansas its contests are peer-to-peer, so you play against other entries rather than the house. You need to be 18.

Read our full Dabble review, or claim the offer here.

5. Betr

Betr Picks has you call More or Less on 2 to 10 player stat lines, with the multiplier climbing as you add picks. Dynamic Play entries can survive a miss, and one wallet covers everything in the Betr app. Betr Picks is open to players 18 and over in Arkansas.

Read our full Betr review, or claim the offer here.

6. ParlayPlay

ParlayPlay keeps it simple with Higher or Lower slips on player stats, Insured entries that soften a miss and Rumble contests against other players. There are also weekly contests with cash prizes that cost nothing to enter. Under Arkansas's 2017 fantasy law, paid contest entry fees are not gambling, and the state's fantasy age is 18.

Read our full ParlayPlay review, or claim the offer here.

7. Chalkboard

Chalkboard grew out of a group chat app, and every pick and score lands in a Board shared with your friends. Shield Play softens a miss, live entries can be cashed out, and withdrawals are processed every hour. Arkansas players get its peer-to-peer Showdowns and Pulls, but Chalkboard keeps college sports off the board in this state.

Read our full Chalkboard review, or claim the offer here.

8. Underdog

Underdog began as a Best Ball and pick'em app and since July 2026 has also run sports prediction markets on its own CFTC-regulated exchange. Arkansas sent Underdog a cease-and-desist over its pick'em game in February 2024. It now offers drafts, prediction picks and its player-versus-player Champions pick'em here, without college pick'em or college drafts.

Trading involves risk, including total loss on positions

9. Kalshi

Kalshi is a CFTC-regulated exchange where you trade Yes and No contracts on games, the economy, weather and more, with no vig, limit orders at the price you choose and interest on idle balances. Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin's October 2025 opinion called unlicensed sports prediction markets illegal gambling, but as of November 2026 the state had sent no cease-and-desist and filed no suit. Kalshi's minimum age is 18.

Read our full Kalshi review, or claim the offer here.

10. Polymarket US

Polymarket US is a CFTC-regulated prediction market with sports, politics, economics, crypto and culture contracts on one board. Limit orders that fill earn a maker rebate. The attorney general's 2025 opinion says sports contracts need an Arkansas license, though no enforcement has followed, and traders must be 18.

18+ Only. Restrictions and eligibility requirements apply. Not available in all jurisdictions. Trading is risky. 100% loss can occur. See polymarket.com/tos for more information. The Polymarket US App serves as an independent software provider and affiliate of Polymarket US and Polymarket Clearing, the CFTC-regulated exchange and clearing organization.

Read our full Polymarket US review, or claim the offer here.

11. Novig

Novig is a sports-only prediction market where every trade is matched with another person. Pregame straight trades carry no commission, and Make orders let you name your own price. Novig sets its minimum age at 21, the same as Arkansas's sportsbooks, and the attorney general's October 2025 opinion on prediction markets has not led to any action against it.

Read our full Novig review, or claim the offer here.

12. ProphetX

ProphetX runs its own CFTC-approved exchange and clearing house for sports contracts. It charges a 2% commission on net winnings only, nothing on parlays, and does not limit players who win. Arkansas's attorney general has argued that sports contracts like these need a state license, but the state has not acted on that view, and you must be 18 to trade.

Read our full ProphetX review, or claim the offer here.

13. Fliff

Fliff looks like a sportsbook, with spreads, props and same game parlays, but it runs on two virtual currencies: Fliff Coins for fun and Fliff Cash for prize play. Coins top up every couple of hours, and XP levels turn into rewards. Fliff's sweepstakes rules don't exclude Arkansas, and you can play from 18.

Read our full Fliff review, or claim the offer here.

14. ReBet

ReBet is a social sportsbook and social casino where picks go into a feed, and one tap copies a friend's parlay. You can also challenge people head to head and claim coins every day. Arkansas bills to ban sweepstakes games failed in 2025, and ReBet takes players from 18.

Read our full ReBet review, or claim the offer here.

15. Courtside

Courtside, launched in January 2026, puts sports picks, player pick'em, arcade games, a social casino and card rips in one app with a single wallet. Leaderboards track your wins and streaks. Its sweepstakes rules leave Arkansas open, and players need to be 18, the state's age of majority.

Read our full Courtside review, or claim the offer here.

16. Onyx Odds

Onyx Odds is a social sportsbook where you can move a player prop to your own line, build same game parlays and pick live while the game streams in the app. You also choose whether a slip follows line moves or keeps your price. Onyx's own availability map lists Arkansas for its sweepstakes app, open to players 18 and over.

Sports betting law in Arkansas

Arkansas voters approved Amendment 100 in November 2018, which allowed casino gaming and sports betting at licensed casinos. Oaklawn took the state's first legal bet in July 2019, and mobile betting followed in 2022, with each app tied to a casino.

For years the national brands stayed out because of one rule: a casino that hires an outside sportsbook to run its app has to keep at least 51% of the net revenue. In February 2026 the commission approved DraftKings and FanDuel as vendors for Southland and Oaklawn anyway, and both apps went live a month later. Saracen kept its own BetSaracen app.

Arkansas teams to bet on

Arkansas has no major league pro teams, so betting here centers on the Razorbacks.

  • Arkansas Razorbacks football (SEC): In its first season under head coach Ryan Silverfield, hired from Memphis after the 2025 season.
  • Arkansas Razorbacks basketball (SEC): John Calipari's team reached the Sweet 16 in March 2026, its second straight trip under him, and finished 28-9.
  • Arkansas State Red Wolves (Sun Belt): The state's other FBS football program, based in Jonesboro.
  • Horse racing at Oaklawn: The Hot Springs track runs the Arkansas Derby every April.

Responsible gambling in Arkansas

Set a budget before you bet and use the deposit, wager and time limits each app offers.
