Boca Raton Bowl: Best Bet and Over/Under Pick

Toledo -3.5 vs. Liberty +3.5

The 8-5 Toledo Rockets will take on the 8-4 Liberty Flames on Tuesday night. Both teams struggled to end the season but Toledo snapped a two-game losing streak and held off Ohio 17-7 to win the MAC Championship on Dec. 3. Meanwhile, Liberty last saw victory lane way back on Nov. 5 before losing its final three games of the regular season. Liberty is going for its fourth straight bowl win while Toledo is looking to snap a four-game skid in bowl games.

Toledo quarterback DeQuan Finn is a dual threat and had over 2,000 rushing yards and 22 touchdowns, while also throwing 12 interceptions this season. Liberty has a pretty solid run defense but that will be tested tonight by Finn and company, and have been struggling offensively these days. This should be a hard-fought game in perfect weather tonight and top Oddscrowd.com performer, Featherhat, is going with Toledo -3.5 tonight. And I’m going with him and the MAC champions against a team that hasn’t won a game since Nov. 5 when they beat Arkansas.
