Dr. A’s Parlay of the Day Monday 15 Nov

Monday’s NBA slate consists of seven games and here are three spread bets that I like the look of. I've also found three prop bets, and combined them into one recommended +1755 Parlay for those feeling adventurous.
Charlotte Hornets @ Orlando Magic
LaMelo Ball is back, Terry Rozier and Kelly Oubre are playing well and Paolo Banchero (ankle) will be a game-time decision after missing his last two games for the Magic. Banchero is, surprisingly, Orlando’s best player so his availability is a big factor here. But the bottom line is that the Hornets are due after losing eight straight games and the Magic seem like low-hanging fruit after winning just four of their 13 games this year.
Pick: Hornets -1 @Magic

Toronto Raptors @ Detroit Pistons
The 7-7 Raptors should still be a very good team without Pascal Siakam (groin) but it hasn’t exactly worked out that way thus far. Toronto has been plummeting since Siakam went down and just lost to the Thunder and Pacers on the road. The odds of them losing a third straight game to a team they should run out of the gym are not great and you have to think the Raptors get it turned around tonight. The 3-11 Pistons are in the midst of a young rebuild and the Raptors should come in highly motivated to get their week off to a good start after last weekend’s disaster. This looks like another low-hanging fruit situation to me.
Pick: Raptors -4.5 @ Pistons

Atlanta Hawks @ Milwaukee Bucks
The Bucks are at home and Giannis Antetokounmpo is probable after missing three of his last four games with a sore left knee. Jrue Holiday is still out with a sprained right ankle but the key here is that Giannis sounds like he’s a go. Giannis last played a week ago in Atlanta and the Bucks suffered their only loss of the season with him in the lineup to these same Hawks. Now they’re back at home and will have revenge on their mind. The absence of Holiday is very much a concern for the Bucks but Jevon Carter has been enjoying a nice run in his stead, highlighted by a 36-point, 12-assist game in a win over the Thunder on Wednesday, followed by a 21-point, six-assist game on Friday at San Antonio. Carter hit five 3-pointers in each of those games. The 8-5 Hawks will come in relatively healthy but have lost two of their last three games after their win over the Bucks. Those losses were against solid teams (Utah and Philadelphia) but I doubt the Bucks and Giannis are going to let the Hawks take them out twice in a seven-day window.
Pick: Milwaukee -4 vs. Hawks

Recommended Props
When it comes to prop bets tonight I pretty much love everything about Jevon Carter. Jrue Holiday’s out again and as I mentioned above, Carter is on fire. In his last two games, JC is averaging a ridiculous 28.5 points, 3.0 rebounds, 9.0 assists and 5.0 3-pointers. And in case you weren’t aware, the Hawks are not really a defensive-oriented team, constantly giving up big lines to opposing guards. In fact, Sixers’ guard Tyrese Maxey had 26 points, nine assists and three 3-pointers against them on Saturday. I’m not fully convinced Carter will hit the over on assists, but after his last two explosions and some shady Hawks’ D it’s hard to imagine him not hitting the over in points and triples tonight.
Picks: Jevon Carter 10.5 points, 4.5 assists, 1.5 3-pointers
