The final UFC numbered event of 2025 is fast approaching this weekend, that being UFC 323.

UFC 323 is scheduled to take place on Saturday, December 6th, and will be held at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The fight card will consist of 14 total fights, including a UFC Bantamweight title fight in the main event and a UFC Flyweight title fight in the co-main event.

The fights are expected to begin at 6:00 PM ET with the early preliminaries, followed by the preliminaries at 8:00 PM ET and the main card at 10:00 PM ET.

Our article will break down our three best bets for UFC 323, which will include picks from both the main and preliminary cards.

Our first best bet for UFC 323 targets Tatsuro Taira to defeat Brandon Moreno on the main card. Taira enters this fight with an MMA record of 17-1 and 7-1 in the UFC. His most recent fight was a win against HyunSung Park by submission back in August 2025. Throughout his UFC career, Taira has employed a well-balanced fighting style. He averages 2.87 significant strikes per minute, while also averaging 3.21 takedowns every 15 minutes and 1.7 submission attempts during the same period.

Moreno has been solid in the UFC and has even won a title at multiple points in his career. That being said, he has recently become inconsistent in the UFC, having won just two of his last four UFC fights. Further, Taira has the clear advantage in grappling, while having a comparable striking volume. Taira has won three of his last four UFC fights; therefore, backing Taira to win (-130) is our first best bet for Saturday night.

Our second best bet for UFC 323 is for Bogdan Guskov to defeat Jan Blachowicz on the main card. Guskov enters this fight with an MMA record of 18-3 and 4-1 in the UFC. His most recent fight resulted in a win against Nikita Krylov by KO/TKO back in July 2025. Guskov is more of a one-dimensional fighter, averaging 4.17 significant strikes per minute. That being said, he also averages 1.1 submission attempts every 15 minutes, but has not successfully landed a takedown.

Blachowicz is a formidable opponent, but he is 1-3-1 over his last five UFC fights. He does have the advantage in grappling, but Guskov’s advantage in striking and his ability to submit his opponents should overshadow this. 

Therefore, given the recent form of both fighters and their styles, backing Guskov to win (+110) is best bet #2 for UFC 323.

Our final best bet for UFC 323 calls on Nazim Sadykhov to defeat Fares Ziam on the preliminary card. Sadykhov enters this fight with an MMA record of 11-1-1 and 5-0-1 in the UFC. His most recent fight was a win against Nikolas Motta by KO/TKO back in June 2025. Sadykhov has a somewhat balanced fighting style, averaging 5.55 significant strikes per minute and 1.29 takedowns every 15 minutes.

Ziam has also had a ton of recent success in the UFC. However, his striking volume does not compare to Sadykhov’s. His grappling is also only slightly better than Sadykhov’s. Therefore, even though both fighters are in blistering form, backing Sadykhov to win due to his striking advantage is our final play.
