Titans vs. Ravens Prediction, NFL Week 4 Odds & Best Bets (10/4)

Fact checked at 8:30 AM ET, Oct 4, 2026
Odds as of Oct 4, 7:42 AM ET
Tennessee is 0-3 with 37 points in three games, 12.3 a game, and the last of those losses was a 12-7 defeat at the Giants that ended on a Cam Ward interception in the end zone. Then the week got worse. Both right guards, Fernando Carmona and Jackson Slater, went on injured reserve, coach Robert Saleh would not say who replaces them, and Garrett Dellinger, one of the candidates, was added to the injury report as questionable with an illness. Baltimore (2-1) is patching its own line. Centers Jovaughn Gwyn and Ethan Pocic are on injured reserve, so rookie guard Vega Ioane is expected to play center, and left tackle Ronnie Stanley is questionable. Top pass rusher Trey Hendrickson is out after finger surgery. Receivers Zay Flowers and Chris Moore are questionable too, though Flowers is reported to be playing without a snap limit. The Ravens are also trying to end a four-game home losing streak.
As of 7:42 AM ET the consensus has Baltimore -11.5 (-110) with a total of 42.5. The Ravens opened -8.5 with a total of 47.5 on Sept. 22, so the spread is up three points and the total is down five. Tennessee's scoring and its line losses may explain that; Baltimore's own absences point the other way. The Ravens' moneyline is -752, which is too short to play. Kickoff is 1:00 PM ET Sunday at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore on CBS, and the forecast gives a 44% chance of showers in the 1 PM hour. Inactives are not out yet. Jackson, Ward and Calvin Ridley carry no designation on the final injury report.
Titans vs. Ravens Predictions
- Pick #1: Lamar Jackson Over 31.5 Rushing Yards (-108)
- Pick #2: Calvin Ridley Under 7.5 Receiving Yards (-113)
PICK #1: Lamar Jackson Over 31.5 Rushing Yards (-108)
Three games, three Overs. Jackson ran for 40 yards on 7 carries in the 41-23 win over the Colts, 34 on 4 carries in the 24-17 loss to the Saints and 50 on 6 carries in the 34-31 win over the Cowboys. That covers a blowout, a loss and a one-score game, and even his worst day cleared this number by 2.5 yards. He has played every offensive snap, and Derrick Henry's 24, 16 and 26 carries show that Jackson's runs come on top of a workhorse back, not instead of one. The back injury that put him on Wednesday's practice report didn't stop him from practicing in full Thursday and Friday, and he has no designation for Sunday. With Baltimore laying 11.5 at home, he should be playing from in front.
At -108 (as of 7:47 AM ET) the price implies a 51.9% chance, and the case is thinner than three-for-three makes it sound. His 124 yards came on just 17 carries, 7.3 a carry, so a few long runs carry the average. The flip side is that five carries at 6.4 a pop gets it done. His practice work is being managed, and a big lead can turn scrambles into Henry handoffs and kneel-downs. Showers are possible at kickoff, and if Ioane starts at center, Jackson is running behind a rookie there. I don't see another Ravens bet worth naming. Both picks on this card need the same game, Baltimore in control and Tennessee's offense stuck, so expect them to hit or miss together more often than not.
PICK #2: Calvin Ridley Under 7.5 Receiving Yards (-113)
Ridley's snap share has gone from 64% to 62% to 33%, while Elic Ayomanor's climbed from 52% to 53% to 80% over the same three games. That's the bet. Ridley has no catch in two of Tennessee's three games, and in the other, against the Eagles, he had two for 35 yards. His targets: 0, 2 and 1. The looks go to Carnell Tate, Wan'Dale Robinson, Gunnar Helm and Ayomanor, and the Giants game was his smallest role yet, one of 35 Tennessee targets. He carries no injury designation, so this is about role, not health. If he is inactive, skip it.
The Under costs -113 as of 7:47 AM ET, which implies 53.1%. One 8-yard catch beats it, and the market thinks he probably gets one: the Over on 0.5 receptions is -239 at the same time, a 70.5% implied chance. A Titans team down two touchdowns will throw more, which raises everyone's volume, and Hendrickson won't be chasing Ward. Tennessee hasn't run an offensive play with a lead all season, so trailing is nothing new, but none of their games carried a spread this big. For a bigger price, Ridley Under 0.5 receptions (+184 as of 7:47 AM ET) pays only if he catches nothing. A Baltimore win likely means the Ravens running out the clock late, the same game pick #1 needs.
