Super Bowl week is upon us, as the festivities in Santa Clara, California, are not far away from kicking off. The Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots will battle for the Lombardi Trophy, and their appearances are thoroughly deserved, even if it isn’t a matchup that anyone expected when the 2025 campaign began. Both teams compiled 14-3 records during the regular season and ultimately survived close calls in their respective conference championship games.
In advance of a 6:30 pm ET start time on NBC, let’s dive into some parlay picks for Super Bowl 60.

PICK #1: Seahawks -4.5 (-115)
Although these two conference champions played to twin 14-3 records, the routes they took to get there were far different. New England played the easiest schedule in the entire league and beat a lot of bad teams by small margins. Head coach Mike Vrabel’s squad has underwhelmed in the playoffs, too, although their offensive woes can largely be attributed to adverse weather conditions.
Seattle, on the other hand, has impressed throughout the entire 2025 campaign. If you can win the high-powered NFC West, you know you are doing something right. Following a first-round bye as the NFC’s top seed, the Seahawks destroyed the 49ers by 35 points and then beat a formidable Rams team 31-27. Although New England is no joke, Seattle looks slightly superior on both sides of the ball.
PICK #2: Over 45.5 Total Points (-108)
This is a showdown between two quarterbacks who inspire plenty of confidence. That’s probably not something anyone expected to be saying about a perennial castoff (Sam Darnold) and a second-year player (Drake Maye), but here we are. Darnold was great in the regular season and was even better in the NFC Championship, when he completed 25 of 36 passes for 346 yards, three touchdowns, and no interceptions. Having WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba and RB Kenneth Walker III certainly helps, too.
Maye will likely finish runner-up to Matthew Stafford in MVP voting. The former North Carolina standout has not done much in the playoffs, but he hasn’t been required to do so (and the conditions didn’t really allow it). Both of these teams averaged more than 28.8 points per game this year. There is no denying that each defense can be stingy, but there is enough firepower on the field to make for a relatively high-scoring affair.
PICK #3: Kenneth Walker III to record 120+ Rushing + Receiving Yards (+193)
Walker is coming off two stellar playoff performances. He torched San Francisco for 116 rushing yards and three touchdowns in a divisional-round romp. That was followed by 111 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown in the NFC Championship. It’s no surprise, either, given the fact that Seattle’s backfield belongs entirely to Walker now, following Zach Charbonnet’s torn ACL suffered during the win over the 49ers.
Even when Walker was splitting time with Charbonnet, however, the Michigan State product was still rolling. He amassed 164 yards from scrimmage against the Rams in Week 16 of the regular season and 133 at the Niners’ expense in Week 18. Meanwhile, the Patriots’ run defense is solid but nothing special. It’s also worth noting that New England gave up 85 catches to opposing running backs in the regular season – fifth most in the NFL.
