Suns vs. Thunder Prediction, NBA Odds & Best Bets (10/26)

Fact checked at 8:08 AM ET, Oct 26, 2026
Odds as of 7:39 AM ET, Oct 26, 2026
Oklahoma City is 3-0 and has won with defense. The Thunder allow 96.3 points per game, the fewest in the league, and score 106.7, the third-fewest. They play the second night of a back-to-back without Jalen Williams, who left late in the 108-101 win over the Clippers on a stretcher with a serious injury to his lower left leg. The team hasn't announced a diagnosis or filed its injury report yet, but he isn't expected to play. Cason Wallace (6 minutes) and Jaylin Williams (5 minutes) also left that game early with injuries, and nobody has said whether they'll play. Phoenix is 1-1. Devin Booker scored 43 in a 131-122 home win over Golden State, after the Suns opened with a 124-83 loss at Portland. Tipoff is 8:00 PM ET at Paycom Center.
We think this is a low-scoring game. The Thunder are tired and short-handed, they already score less than almost anyone, and now they're missing one of their main scorers. Their defense should keep Phoenix's supporting cast quiet. Both picks need that game. Oklahoma City opened -8.5 after the injury and is -9.5 (-112), with the moneyline at -400 and +310. The total opened 218.5 and sits at 219.
Suns vs. Thunder Predictions
- Pick #1: Under 219 (-113)
- Pick #2: Dillon Brooks Under 15.5 Points (-107)
PICK #1: Under 219 (-113)
Thunder games have finished at 220, 180 and 209. San Antonio scored 104 in a 116-104 win, Denver 84 in a 96-84 win, the Clippers 101. Phoenix averages 107, fourth-fewest in the league, and put up 83 at Portland. It's a small run, two games for Phoenix and three for Oklahoma City.
Williams came into that game averaging 18 points over his career, and Oklahoma City was already third-fewest in scoring with him. Take him away on the second night of a back-to-back, maybe with Wallace and Jaylin Williams out as well, and it's hard to see where the extra points come from. At -113 the Under implies a 53.1% chance, and some books have 219.5.
The risk is Phoenix's defense. The Suns allow 123 per game, tied for 22nd, and their two games went to 253 against Golden State and 207 at Portland. Another 43 from Booker could carry this over. The total has also ticked up from 218.5, and some books hang 218.5 for the Over.
PICK #2: Dillon Brooks Under 15.5 Points (-107)
On the night Phoenix scored 131 and Booker took 43 of them, Brooks played 34 minutes and scored 15. Those were his heaviest minutes, and he still stayed under. He started both games and had 10 in 27 minutes at Portland. The -107 price implies a 51.7% chance.
Nobody has reached 105 against Oklahoma City. And if the Thunder build a lead, Brooks sits earlier.
Then there's the Thunder roster. Without Williams, and maybe Wallace, Oklahoma City is thinner on the perimeter than it was in the games that built that 96.3 average. Two games is a very small run for Brooks, and his 15 against Golden State missed by half a point. The Over is the shorter price at -119.
