Rams vs. Raiders Prediction, NFL Week 7 Odds & Best Bets (10/25)

Fact checked at 8:55 AM ET, Oct 25, 2026
Odds as of 7:56 AM ET, Oct 25, 2026
The Rams get to Las Vegas at 2-4 and short on bodies. Last week's 18-16 home loss to Arizona cost them Davante Adams, who went on injured reserve with a hamstring tendon injury, and nose tackle Poona Ford went on injured reserve with him. Defensive end Kobie Turner followed, and Myles Garrett has been there since September. On the final injury report, linebacker Nate Landman (concussion) is out, and cornerback Trent McDuffie (groin, no practice all week) and Puka Nacua (calf) are questionable. Nacua was limited, then sat out the last practice, though the Rams are reportedly optimistic he'll play.
The Raiders are 3-3 after a 33-30 loss to Buffalo, and they're healthy where it counts: Brock Bowers practiced fully at the end of the week and is off the final report. Running back Mike Washington Jr. (foot/back) is questionable after missing the last two practices. The line has moved hard toward Las Vegas since it opened, in step with the Rams' injuries.
Kickoff is Sunday at 4:25 PM ET at Allegiant Stadium on Fox, indoors. We see a close game: Kirk Cousins sits in the pocket and keeps finding Tre Tucker on short throws, and a Rams offense without Adams keeps pace by handing Kyren Williams the ball near the goal line. All three picks win in that game.
Rams vs. Raiders Predictions
- Pick #1: Kirk Cousins Under 1.5 Rushing Yards (-117)
- Pick #2: Kyren Williams Anytime Touchdown (-150)
- Pick #3: Tre Tucker Over 3.5 Receptions (+104)
PICK #1: Kirk Cousins Under 1.5 Rushing Yards (-117)
Cousins doesn't run, and lately he hasn't even tried. He has gone three straight games without a carry, against Kansas City, New England and Buffalo. Before that, he ran three times for 3 yards against New Orleans, four times for 1 yard against the Chargers and five times for minus-6 against Miami.
So he's under 1.5 in 5 of 6 games, and the one miss was those 3 yards against the Saints. Even his busiest days on the ground stayed close to zero. He has played every snap in five of his six games and 83% in the other. At -117, the implied chance is 53.9%.
Las Vegas doesn't need his legs. Cousins has thrown between 28 and 52 passes in every game, and the offense goes through Bowers, Tucker and Ashton Jeanty. In a close game where the Raiders keep throwing, he stays in the pocket.
One 2-yard scramble loses it, and he did run for 3 in a game this season. Fernando Mendoza took 17% of the snaps in the New England game, and Cousins is the expected starter, not a confirmed one. If he doesn't start, check your sportsbook's rules on the bet.
PICK #2: Kyren Williams Anytime Touchdown (-150)
With the Rams' passing game missing its top targets, Williams is the one who finishes drives. He has scored in 4 of 6 games: once against San Francisco, a receiving touchdown against the Giants, twice against Philadelphia and once against Buffalo. Four of his five touchdowns came on the ground.
He has played between 55% and 83% of the offensive snaps every week with 10 to 16 carries, and he caught 10 passes against the Eagles. Blake Corum spells him but hasn't played more than 29% of the snaps in any game except the blowout of the Giants.
Las Vegas allows 134.3 rushing yards a game, 28th of 32 teams, and 27 points a game, 26th. With Adams out and Nacua not at full strength, the Rams have every reason to keep it in Williams' hands near the goal line in a game they need to keep close.
At -150, which implies 60.0%, the market already expects him to score, and he was held out of the end zone in two of his last four games, against Denver and Arizona. The Rams scored only 16 points last week. His one receiving touchdown came with Matthew Stafford at quarterback, and Stafford is expected to start but isn't confirmed.
PICK #3: Tre Tucker Over 3.5 Receptions (+104)
Cousins keeps throwing to Tucker, and the price hasn't caught up. Tucker has four or more catches in 5 of his 6 games, and +104 implies only 49.0%. Newest first, his games go 5, 4, 4, 4, 5 and 2, with the lone miss in the opener against Miami.
He has played 57% to 75% of the snaps every week and drawn four to eight targets in each game. Dont'e Thornton Jr. is on injured reserve and ruled out again, so Tucker is the wide receiver this offense plays through. He caught five passes for 97 yards against Buffalo last week and five for 119 against the Chargers in Week 2.
The best evidence is the stretch with Bowers. Bowers missed the first two weeks, and in the four games since he came back, Tucker has caught four or more passes every time.
The market disagrees, with the Under at -133. Bowers has drawn at least nine targets in every game he has played and can soak up a game plan. The Rams have allowed fewer than 175 passing yards per game, second fewest in the league, but they did it with Turner and Ford, both now on injured reserve, and with McDuffie, who is questionable after a week without practice. Like Pick #1, this one assumes Cousins starts.
