Week 7 of the 2025 NFL regular season got underway with a Bengals win over the Steelers on Thursday night football. Now it’s time to look ahead toward a jam-packed Sunday slate. The 12-game lineup includes Rams vs. Jaguars in London, Eagles vs. Vikings, Colts vs. Chargers, Commanders vs. Cowboys and Falcons vs. 49ers on Sunday Night Football. Let’s dive into our NFL Week 7 best bets for Sunday’s action.

Pick #2: Carolina Panthers vs. New York Jets Under 42.5 (-110) Click Here to Bet

Pick #3: New York Giants +7 over Denver Broncos (-110)  Click Here to Bet

PICK #1: Patriots -7 over Titans (-110) Click Here to Bet

A 4-2 record through six weeks is a large enough sample size to confirm that New England is a team on the rise, especially when the body of work includes a win over Buffalo in Orchard Park. The Patriots are 4-1 in their last five games and have won three straight. In year two, Drake Maye looks like the real deal under center.

However, the jury is obviously still out on Titans rookie quarterback Cam Ward given that he is just six contests into his professional career. Playing on a terrible team with a poor offensive line and nothing much to speak of at the other skill positions, the No. 1 overall pick has predictably struggled. He has thrown more interceptions than touchdowns (four to three) and has already been sacked an absurd 25 times. At 1-5, Tennessee fired head coach Bill Callahan following last weekend’s 20-10 loss to a lowly Las Vegas squad. There is no reason to think that the Titans are going to turn things around any time soon under interim coach Mike McCoy.

PICK #2: Panthers vs. Jets Under 42.5 (-110) Click Here to Bet

There is simply nothing good to say about the Jets’ offense. They are No. 28 league-wide in total offense and last in passing offense. Moreover, they have incurred the seventh-most penalty yards and have been sacked 25 times – tied for the most in the entire NFL. What's especially alarming is that New York is this inept offensively even though quarterback Justin Fields has not thrown a single interception in 2025. Adding insult to injury, or vice versa, top receiver Garrett Wilson is doubtful for Sunday’s contest against Carolina because of a knee issue. Fellow wideout Josh Reynolds was a limited participant in practice on Thursday and is questionable due to a hip problem.

Fortunately for head coach Aaron Glenn’s team, it can at least play some defense thanks in part to cornerback Sauce Gardner and tackle Quinnen Williams.  For Carolina, RB Chuba Hubbard is questionable along with offensive linemen Taylor Moton and Damien Lewis.

PICK #3: Giants +7 over Broncos (-110) Click Here to Bet

This is a great spot for the Giants to be competitive and cover a sizable touchdown spread. They are coming off a massive 34-17 win over defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia last Thursday night. Not only is New York playing on extra-long rest, but Denver was part of the London Series last week and is therefore playing on unusually-little rest.

The Broncos did not play well across the pond, either, just barely batting past the winless Jets 13-11. Quarterback Bo Nix has been decent but unspectacular so far in his second season, and he will face a Giants defense that has been solid aside from one aberration in which it allowed 40 points to the Cowboys. Expect New York to keep this close in what could be a somewhat ugly, defensive-minded contest.
