NFL Week 14 Player Prop Best Picks

Week 13 of the NFL slate is in the books, and it was another chaotic weekend of football that produced plenty of notable games. Luckily for NFL fans and bettors, the Week 14 card is loaded with another dose of compelling games across both conferences, including the Houston Texans vs. Kansas City Chiefs, the Chicago Bears vs. Green Bay Packers and the Cincinnati Bengals vs. Buffalo Bills, among others.

We posted another 2-1 week in this column a week ago, which brings us to 23-15 on the season. This week, our expert has three more player prop bets picked out for the NFL action. As we dive into the Week 14 slate, it’s time to get into our best player prop bets for this week’s games.

For our first pick in this week’s column, let’s target WR Davante Adams to find the end zone against the Cardinals. Even in a loss a week ago, the Rams offense was a machine against the Panthers, and Adams was a massive part of that. Matthew Stafford typically looks Adams’ way, particularly in the red zone, and this connection has yielded ample success for the veteran wide receiver in recent weeks. 

Adams has tallied a whopping 11 touchdown receptions over the last six weeks, and he’s registered at least one touchdown in each of the last six games. Even though we’re laying a bit of juice in this spot, it still feels like a bargain given the matchup at hand this week.

For our second pick in this week’s column, we're going with QB Lamar Jackson to throw fewer than two passing touchdowns. It’s been very clear that Jackson has not been the same quarterback since returning from injury over a month ago, and while we have targeted his rushing yard props in this column in recent weeks, the two-time MVP has also struggled mightily through the air. 

Jackson has failed to throw a touchdown in each of the last three games, and he’s only recorded two or more passing touchdowns once in the five games since his return. Given that the game against the Steelers this week projects to be low scoring with Baltimore controlling the proceedings on the ground, it’s hard to see Jackson finding many opportunities to throw for multiple touchdowns on Sunday.  

PICK #3: Josh Allen (BUF) to throw an interception (-105) Click Here to Bet

For our final pick in this week’s column, we will take QB Josh Allen to throw an interception for the fifth consecutive week. With Buffalo still fighting through a ton of injuries on offense, Allen might have to be in do-it-all mode for his team on Sunday. And while that typically leads to the Bills having plenty of success on offense, especially at home, the flip side of that coin is Allen’s recent propensity to force the issue a bit too much. 

We just saw Allen carve up the bad Buccaneers defense a few weeks ago, while still throwing multiple interceptions in the process. Look for Buffalo to score plenty against Cincinnati’s defense this weekend, but don’t be surprised if Allen ends up throwing his seventh interception over the last five weeks.
