NFL Week 13 Player Prop Picks

Week 12 of the NFL slate is in the books, and it was another chaotic weekend of football that produced plenty of notable games. Luckily for NFL fans and bettors, the Week 13 card is loaded with another dose of compelling games across both conferences, including the Kansas City Chiefs vs. Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving, plus the Chicago Bears vs. Philadelphia Eagles, the Buffalo Bills vs. Pittsburgh Steelers and the Houston Texans vs. Indianapolis Colts, among others.

We posted another 2-1 week in this column a week ago, which brings us to 21-14 on the season. This week, our expert has three more player prop bets picked out for the Week 13 action. As we dive into the Week 13 slate, it’s time to get into our best player prop bets for this week’s NFL games.

Pick #1: Kareem Hunt (KC) over 33.5 rushing yards in Chiefs vs. Cowboys (-110) Click Here to Bet

PICK #1: Kareem Hunt (KC) over 33.5 rushing yards (-110) Click Here to Bet

For our first pick in this week’s column, let’s target RB Kareem Hunt to clear his rushing yards prop for the fifth consecutive week. The Chiefs didn’t have much of a ground game to speak of earlier in the season, but Hunt has provided a steady presence in the backfield for Kansas City in recent weeks. Look for that trend to hold true this week, even against a Dallas defense that has improved since it has gotten healthier in recent weeks. Still, Hunt has cleared this rushing-yards prop in each of his last four games played, so let’s go back to that well on Thanksgiving.  

PICK #2: Dallas Goedert (PHI) over 3.5 receptions (-110) Click Here to Bet

For our second pick in this week’s column, we're going with TE Dallas Goedert to haul in at least four receptions on Friday. The Bears defense has been punching above its weight all season long, and Chicago has especially had real trouble with opposing tight ends. This matchup presents a good opportunity for Goedert to get back on track following a couple of mediocre showings in recent weeks as part of a struggling Eagles passing offense. With that said, Goedert has been one of the more reliable targets for Jalen Hurts this season, and he should see success against this Chicago secondary that has surrendered a whopping 27 receptions to tight ends over the last four contests, good for an average of nearly seven receptions per game.

PICK #3: Brock Purdy (SF) under 1.5 passing touchdowns (-120) Click Here to Bet

For our final pick in this week’s column, we will take QB Brock Purdy to fewer than 1.5 touchdowns in Cleveland against the Browns. Purdy returned from injury in Week 12 and turned in a very poor performance against a below average Carolina Panthers defense, which doesn't bode well at all for a matchup against an excellent Browns stop unit this week. Furthermore, Purdy has been open about his discomfort when playing in the cold and the weather forecast is projecting cold temperatures and high winds in Cleveland for this contest. With that in mind, it’s hard to ignore the value we’re getting on this prop, especially as the total continues to drop.
