NFL Week 11 Sunday Best Picks

Week 11 of the 2025 NFL regular season got underway with a showdown in the AFC between the Jets and Patriots on Thursday Night Football. Now it’s time to look ahead toward a jam-packed Sunday slate. The 13-game lineup includes Commanders vs. Dolphins in Madrid, Buccaneers vs. Bills, Seahawks vs. Rams, Chiefs vs Broncos and Lions vs. Eagles on Sunday Night Football. Let’s break down our NFL best bets for Week 11.

NFL Week 11 Predictions

Pick #1: Carolina Panthers vs. Atlanta Falcons Under 42.5 (-112)

Pick #2: Chicago Bears vs. Minnesota Vikings Under 48.5 (-110)

Pick #3: Cincinnati Bengals +5.5 over Pittsburgh Steelers (-108)

PICK #1: Panthers vs. Falcons Under 42.5 (-112)

This NFC South tilt is a rematch of Week 3, when the Panthers humiliated the visiting Falcons 30-0. It was a game that set offensive football in the NFL back several years – and perhaps even decades. Despite failing to score a single point, Atlanta outgained Carolina by 108 yards. That’s right; a team that was shut out actually won the total-yardage battle by more than 100. You simply cannot make that stuff up.

Bryce Young passed for just 121 yards with no touchdowns even though his squad scored 30 points. That kind of anemic output is nothing new for Carolina’s former No. 1 overall pick. He has reached the 200-yard mark only once this season and his most recent yardage totals are 138, 102 and 124. Now he has to face a Falcons defense that is No. 1 in the entire league against the pass (162.3 yards per game allowed). Given that counterpart Michael Penix Jr. is also struggling for Atlanta, neither offense in this matchup inspires any confidence.

PICK #2: Bears vs. Vikings Under 48.5 (-110)

This is also a rematch, as these two NFC North rivals squared off back in Week 1. That encounter produced 51 total points, but it arguably should have been a lower-scoring affair. The Bears led 17-6 going into the fourth quarter before 28 points were scored in the final 12:13 of game time en route to a 27-24 Vikings road victory. Don’t be surprised if it is a relatively low-scoring slog from start to finish as the scene shifts to Minnesota.

The Vikings have scored more than 22 points only once since Week 3. Moreover, Quarterback J.J. McCarthy has thrown more interceptions (six) than touchdowns (five) through his first four outings as a pro. He threw for only 143 yards against Chicago before suffering an ankle injury in Week 2 and missing the next five games. The Michigan product has shown flashes of brilliance since returning, but inconsistency is a big problem. For the Bears, running back D'Andre Swift is questionable along with receivers Rome Odunze and DJ Moore.

PICK #3: Bengals +5.5 over Steelers (-108)

These two AFC North foes tangled in a Week 7 installment of Thursday Night Football, when Cincinnati treated its home crowd to a thrilling 33-31 victory. Joe Flacco completed 31 of 47 passes for 342 yards and three touchdowns without throwing an interception. The 40-year-old has been a revelation for the Bengals since being acquired from the division-rival Browns, producing an 11-to-2 TD-to-INT ratio with his new club.

Although Cincy’s defense is far, far worse than its offense, this should be a favorable matchup for that unit – even if it surrendered 31 points to Pittsburgh in the first head-to-head matchup. Aaron Rodgers and the Steelers have cooled off since that game, most recently putting up only 10 points in last weekend’s loss to the Chargers. AFC North rivalry games tend to be extremely competitive contests; this one is likely to be no exception.
