NFL Week 10 Sunday Best Picks

Week 10 of the 2025 NFL regular season got underway with an AFC West Thursday Night Football showdown between the Raiders and Broncos. Now it’s time to look ahead toward a jam-packed Sunday slate. A 12-game lineup includes Falcons vs. Colts in Berlin, Patriots vs. Bucs, Rams vs. 49ers and Steelers vs. Chargers on Sunday Night Football. Let’s dive into our expert NFL best bets for Sunday.

NFL Week 10 Predictions

PICK #1: Falcons vs. Colts Under 48.5 (-110) Click Here to Bet

Games in Europe tend to be ugly, low-scoring affairs; this one on Sunday in Berlin, Germany projects to be no different. Surprisingly, Atlanta’s defense has been better than its offense. The Falcons are No. 1 in the entire league in pass defense and their much-improved pass rush came up with six sacks of Patriots QB Drake Maye last Sunday – two apiece for Jalon Walker, Brandon Dorlus and LaCale London. Meanwhile, Colts QB Daniel Jones was sacked five times by the Steelers while committing five turnovers (three interceptions, two lost fumbles). Unfortunately for Atlanta’s offense, it is sputtering and now has to face an Indianapolis defense that just acquired former Jets cornerback Sauce Gardner at the trade deadline. Gardner is expected to play and hound Falcons WR1 Drake London.

PICK #2: Panthers -5.5 over Saints (-108) Click Here to Bet

This NFC South tilt will probably be far more one-sided than the odds suggest. You can definitely make a case that New Orleans is the worst team in the entire NFL given that both the Dolphins and Jets have found the column in recent weeks. The Saints are 1-8, and their lone victory came in a game during which the Giants lost the turnover battle by a ridiculous five-to-zero margin. Rookie QB Tyler Shough has taken over for Spencer Rattler under center, and his first professional start last week resulted in a predictably inept offense. Shough passed for 176 yards with one touchdown and one interception in a 34-10 setback against the Rams. As for the Panthers, they have compiled a respectable 5-4 record through nine weeks and are riding a wave of momentum after upsetting the Packers in Green Bay this past weekend. Carolina has won four of its last five contests and its only home loss in 2025 is to Buffalo.

PICK #3: Lions -8.5 over Commanders (-105) Click Here to Bet

A matchup with Washington should be just what the doctor ordered for Detroit. Not only have the Commanders played poorly this season, but they are also reeling from QB Jayden Daniels’ dislocated elbow that he suffered while trailing 38-7 with less than eight minutes remaining in last Sunday’s blowout loss to the Seahawks. It means Marcus Mariota will be back at quarterback for Washington, set for his fourth start of the 2025 campaign. Mariota is by no means the worst backup signal-caller in the league and he has a ton of experience, but this still isn’t an enviable position for Washington as it prepares – without Daniels – to face one of the best teams in the NFL. The Lions have slumped a bit with two losses in their last three games, but their talent is undeniable and they will certainly play with some urgency this weekend. Detroit’s only losses have come against Green Bay, Kansas City and Minnesota – opponents far better than Washington.
