Commanders vs Dolphins NFL Week 11 Madrid Best Picks

The Sunday Week 11 NFL slate kicks off early on Sunday morning with a matchup between the Washington Commanders and the Miami Dolphins.

This game is on Sunday, November 16th, with an expected kick-off time of 9:30 AM ET. Seeing that this matchup is part of the NFL international series, it will be played at the Santiago Bernabéu in Madrid, Spain and will be broadcast on NFL Network and NFL+.

Our article will break down our three best bets for this game, which will include a money line, total and player prop pick.

Commanders vs Dolphins Predictions

Pick #2 - Over 47.5 Total Points (-112) Click Here to Bet

Pick #3 - Jaylen Waddle Anytime Touchdown (+100) Click Here to Bet

PICK #1: Miami Dolphins ML (-155) Click Here to Bet

Our first pick for this game targets the Dolphins to win. Both Washington and Miami enter this game with a 3-7 record; however, the Dolphins have started playing much better.

Miami is coming off a blowout win over the Buffalo Bills in Week 10, as they beat them 30-13. Whereas, Washington suffered their fifth loss in a row in Week 10, losing to the Detroit Lions 44-22.

The more concerning news is that Washington will still be without their quarterback, Jayden Daniels. Backup quarterback Marcus Mariota has not played well this season and is 0-7 as an underdog in his last seven starts. Despite Miami being inconsistent this season, backing the Miami Dolphins to win (-155) will be our play.

PICK #2: Over 47.5 Total Points (-112) Click Here to Bet

Our second pick for this game will be on the Over. Even though this game is overseas, there is still reason to believe that both teams can score a respectable amount of points.

The main reason is that both the Commanders and the Dolphins have been dreadful defensively this season. Washington is allowing an average of 28.0 points per game (29th in the NFL), while Miami is giving up 25.6 points per game (24th in the NFL).

Both teams have had games where they struggled to score, but have also had games where they could not be stopped. As a result, Miami is scoring an average of 21.0 points per game, while Washington is scoring an average of 22.3 points per game.  As bad as both offenses have been at times this season, the defenses are simply worse. Additionally, six of Miami’s last nine games have gone over the total, and we can’t see Washington’s secondary slowing down Tua and the Dolphins passing offense.

Washington will be playing without CB Marshon Lattimore (torn ACL), CB Trey Amos (fractured fibula), DE Dorance Armstrong (knee), and DT Daron Payne (suspension). For these reasons, backing Over 47.5 total points (-112) will be our play.

PICK #3: Jaylen Waddle Anytime Touchdown (+100) Click Here to Bet

Our final pick for this game will be for Jaylen Waddle, from the Miami Dolphins, to score a touchdown at any time. Waddle leads the Dolphins in receiving this season, with 670 yards and five total touchdowns. He has scored in five of the Dolphins’ 10 games, which includes two of the last three games.

Further, Washington’s secondary has been awful this season, allowing a total of 22 touchdowns to opponent receivers. They have given up nearly 2.2 receiving touchdowns per game; therefore, even though Miami has been woefully inconsistent on the offensive side of the ball, backing Waddle to find the endzone at least once (+100) will be our play.
