Browns vs. Titans Prediction, NFL Week 7 Odds & Best Bets (10/25)

Fact checked at 8:53 AM ET, Oct 25, 2026
Odds as of 8:03 AM ET, Oct 25, 2026
Cleveland (4-2) visits Tennessee (1-5) at 1:00 PM ET at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, on CBS. We see a low-scoring Browns win that comes from the defense. Cleveland hands the ball to Quinshon Judkins, who is back from an ankle injury, keeps its passing game small, and lets the pass rush push Cam Ward into mistakes. The Browns allow 20.3 points a game, tied for fifth-fewest in the league, and the Titans score 14.0, tied for the fewest. Cleveland's offense is no help either, at 17.7 points a game (tied for 28th).
The market has come around to Cleveland. Tennessee opened as a 2.5-point favorite. The consensus now has the Browns at -2, with Cleveland -131 and Tennessee +110 on the moneyline, and the total has fallen from its 40.5 opener. Quarterbacks don't explain it: Deshaun Watson and Ward have started every game, and neither is on an injury report. Since the open, Cleveland beat Baltimore 13-10, and Tennessee won 26-20 at Indianapolis with Ward throwing for 102 yards. Expect sun, temperatures in the mid-70s and light wind.
Browns vs. Titans Predictions
- Pick #1: Browns Moneyline (-131)
- Pick #2: Cameron Ward Over 0.5 Interceptions (-101)
- Pick #3: Denzel Boston Under 3.5 Receptions (-131)
PICK #1: Browns Moneyline (-131)
Cleveland's defense is the best unit in this game, and it draws the least productive offense in the league. Tennessee ranks last in total offense at 236.3 yards a game, 29th in red-zone efficiency and 26th on third down at 34.8%. The Browns have 19 sacks in six games, tied for second.
The line has moved four and a half points toward Cleveland since it opened, and 84% of the moneyline bets and 89% of the money sit on the Browns. Watson has thrown two interceptions all season, so this team doesn't give games away. At -131 you're paying for a 56.7% chance on a team that has won four of six.
The worry is that Cleveland can't pull away. All four wins came by 3, 3, 3 and 4 points, and 17.7 points a game leaves little margin. Tennessee won the last meeting, 31-29 in Cleveland last season, but Shedeur Sanders started at quarterback for the Browns that day. Cornerback Denzel Ward is questionable with a hand injury and is a game-time decision. Browns -2 (-109) is there if you'd rather lay the points.
PICK #2: Cameron Ward Over 0.5 Interceptions (-101)
Ward has thrown an interception in four straight starts: the Giants, Ravens, Texans and Colts. He's over this number in four of six starts this season, and -101 implies only 50.2%.
He fits the game we expect. Tennessee's 166.3 passing yards a game rank last in the league, and last week Ward went 11 of 22 for 102 yards with a touchdown and an interception. An offense that converts 34.8% of its third downs will see a lot of third-and-long against a pass rush with 19 sacks, and that's where a second-year quarterback starts forcing throws. If Cleveland gets ahead, Tennessee has to throw more often, which adds chances.
What works against it is the first two weeks: Ward threw no interceptions against the Jets or the Eagles, and a tight game where Tennessee can keep running would cut his attempts. Cleveland also has just four interceptions as a team, and Denzel Ward's status matters here as well. The Under is -127, so the market leans a little toward a clean day.
PICK #3: Denzel Boston Under 3.5 Receptions (-131)
Boston has caught three or fewer passes in four of six games, and his catches run 1, 3, 4, 2, 5 and 2, newest first. The Browns don't win by throwing, and the -131 price implies 56.7%.
Judkins, the team's leading rusher, practiced fully after missing last week with the ankle injury, and Dylan Sampson was activated from injured reserve to back him up. With Cleveland favored and the total dropping, we expect a run-first plan and a small number of throws spread among Boston, KC Concepcion, Jerry Jeudy and tight end Harold Fannin Jr.
The counter-case is health. Boston's one-catch game last week came while he played through a foot injury, and he practiced fully this week and isn't on the final report. A healthy Boston has cleared this line twice, with four catches against Pittsburgh and five against Tampa Bay. If Cleveland trails, the throws pile up. The Over is +103.
