Cincinnati Bengals @ Buffalo Bills Divisional Round: Best Bet, Best Prop, +417 Parlay

Highmark Stadium is hosting this mouth-watering contest between two AFC powerhouses. Both teams have high powered offenses, and are led by young QBs. It’s going to be a shootout, and the game of the weekend in our opinion. The analysts at OddsCrowd have taken a look at the matchup and identified a Best Bet, Best Prop and a Same Game Parlay. Both best Bets hit yesterday, so let’s see if they can keep this rolling.
Cincinnati Bengals @ Buffalo Bills
This game is going to be led and determined by the offenses. Both are ranked in the Top 8 in both points per game and yards per game. It’s also going to be a showdown between the young QBs - Joe Burrow vs. Josh Allen. It’s not surprising that they are both in the Top 7 in passing yards, but it’s also interesting that, on average, Burrow has been the better player in most categories this season. Burrow's had an extra 12 yards per game (280 v 268), and a superior completion percentage (68.3% v 63.3%).
Another stat we looked at closely is the turnover/interception rate. These are key data to look at in the heightened pressure of a Divisional playoff. Allen has thrown 19 interceptions this year, which compared to Burrow’s 12 is a significant difference. Furthermore, Allen threw three picks last week alone, our most recent reference point. Additionally, the Bengals' defense is the best in the league for turnover differential, which is not a great sign for Allen.
We’re backing the Bengals to force an upset here. Top performing bettors Reign80 (326-243) and Mike Rose (65-49) are also picking the Bengals. Reign80 is taking the Moneyline, while Mike Rose is taking 5 points of insurance.
Pick: Bengals Moneyline
Best Prop
We think Josh Allen is turning into a bit of an interception machine after leading the league in the regular season and throwing three more last weekend. On top of this, he’s facing a team that is Top 5 in turnover differential, as we’ve already mentioned. The data suggests he’ll throw another one here.
Pick: Josh Allen Over .5 Interceptions
Same Game Parlay
Leg 1: Bengals Moneyline
Leg 2: Game Total Over 48.5
