Ravens vs. Browns Prediction, NFL Week 6 Odds & Best Bets (10/18)

Fact checked at 8:35 AM ET, Oct 18, 2026
Odds as of Oct 18, 8:03 AM ET
Baltimore (4-1) comes to Cleveland without Lamar Jackson for a second straight week. Coach Jesse Minter announced Friday that Jackson (ankle) is out and Tyler Huntley starts again. Huntley took over during the Week 4 win over Tennessee, then went 24-of-32 for 201 yards with two touchdown passes and a touchdown run in last Sunday night's 30-23 overtime win at Atlanta. Center Cam Jurgens (concussion) is out again, and Olaivavega Ioane has played every offensive snap this season.
Cleveland (3-2) is in its first year under Todd Monken, who spent the previous three seasons as Baltimore's offensive coordinator, and Deshaun Watson is the quarterback. The Browns score 18.6 points per game, tied for 27th, and Watson took eight sacks in last week's 17-12 loss at the Jets. Their lead back, Quinshon Judkins (ankle), is questionable after practicing only on Friday.
The market has drifted toward Cleveland since Jackson got hurt. Baltimore opened -6.5 on Oct 6 and is now a 3-point favorite, and the total has fallen from 44.5 to 39.5. We see a low-scoring game that Baltimore wins on the ground: Derrick Henry carries the offense, Huntley keeps the ball safe, and Cleveland's limping run game can't keep up.
Kickoff is Sunday at 1:00 PM ET at Huntington Bank Field on Fox. The National Weather Service has sunshine, temperatures in the upper 50s to 60 and a south-southwest wind around 8 to 9 mph, with no rain in the forecast.
Ravens vs. Browns Predictions
- Pick #1: Derrick Henry Anytime Touchdown (-165)
- Pick #2: Tyler Huntley Under 0.5 Interceptions (-134)
- Pick #3: Quinshon Judkins Under 46.5 Rushing Yards (-111)
PICK #1: Derrick Henry Anytime Touchdown (-165)
Henry has eight of Baltimore's 17 offensive touchdowns, and he has found the end zone in all five games: three against Indianapolis, one against New Orleans, two against Dallas, one against Tennessee and one at Atlanta. The quarterback change hasn't cut into his work. He carried 23 times for 73 yards against Tennessee and 24 times for 102 at Atlanta, in line with the 24, 16 and 26 carries he got in the first three weeks. He has 476 rushing yards, and Cleveland gives up 117.4 rushing yards per game, 18th in the league.
Seven of those touchdowns came on the ground. The Atlanta score came on a catch, and this bet pays either way. At -165 the implied probability is 62.3%. That isn't cheap, but a back who scores nearly half of his team's touchdowns should clear it when his team is favored.
The worry is that Cleveland has allowed just one rushing touchdown all season, and Huntley took one in himself at Atlanta. Guards Andrew Vorhees and Emery Jones Jr. are both questionable, and Jones played every snap last week.
PICK #2: Tyler Huntley Under 0.5 Interceptions (-134)
Huntley's career interception rate is 1.7%: 10 picks on 583 attempts. He hasn't thrown one in 108 attempts across 2025 and this season, including 8-of-9 in relief against Tennessee and 24-of-32 at Atlanta in a game that went to overtime. Sunday is his 13th start for Baltimore (he's 6-6 in the first 12), and with Henry getting two dozen carries a week, the Ravens don't need him to throw 40 times. Cleveland's defense has four interceptions and six takeaways in five games.
The price works out to 57.3%. What beats this bet is Cleveland building a lead and forcing Huntley to throw under pressure. He was sacked three times at Atlanta.
PICK #3: Quinshon Judkins Under 46.5 Rushing Yards (-111)
Judkins hasn't been efficient even when healthy. He has 221 yards on 73 carries, about 3.0 a pop, with games of 33, 21, 70, 53 and 44 yards. That's three of five under this number, and the two overs needed 18 and 17 carries in close home wins over Carolina and Pittsburgh. Now he's coming off an ankle injury that kept him out of practice Wednesday and Thursday before a limited session Friday. Baltimore allows 4.0 yards per carry and 102.0 rushing yards per game, 12th in the league, and if the Ravens are ahead, Cleveland won't keep handing him the ball.
-111 implies 52.6%. The way it loses is a healthy Judkins getting 17 or 18 carries in a one-score game.
