SuperBook Review
SuperBook calls itself the “world’s largest sportsbook”. It’s a grand claim, but it’s also true…in a way. SuperBook is located in Las Vegas and has been around since 1993, with millions of bettors passing through its doors since then.
These days, SuperBook also operates a mobile betting app that’s offered to players in New Jersey, Colorado, Arizona, Tennessee, and Nevada. It hasn’t really carried its “world’s largest” tag into the online betting world, but it’s still a massive sportsbook with a wide variety of betting markets, bonuses, and more.
The SuperBook app gives you access to sports such as football, baseball, basketball, hockey, soccer, tennis, and rugby. The betting lines range from the most common and popular to a few more obscure options, such as total lines on rugby league games and prop bets on cycling.
SuperBook members can also join the famous SuperContest.
The SuperContest is a handicapping competition that runs for the entire season. You make your picks, earn points based on how accurate they are, and receive prizes if you get the most points. You need to pay money to enter this competition and it’s not cheap, but there are millions of dollars in prizes to be won, so it’s usually worth it.
If the SuperContest is not for you, SuperBook also accepts single bets and parlay bets. You can wager pre-game and in-play. Where the latter is concerned, you can watch the scores change in real time and keep an eye on all essential statistics. If you have a good feeling about one of the betting lines, just place a wager when you’re ready.

Website Experience and Performance
SuperBook operates a very sleek and smartly designed platform. It’s not cluttered and there are no annoying popups or terrible color schemes. The goal of a mobile sportsbook is not to dazzle and impress. That might be the case for a physical location that’s trying to draw you inside and keep your attention while you’re there, but a mobile sportsbook is all about the experience.
It's about making it easy to get from A to Z—from depositing to placing a bet—and that’s what SuperBook does really well. It still looks good and it’s definitely not a no-frills site but streamlined browsing and betting are clearly the main focus here.
The top menu gives you easy access to all the most important sections of the site, including “Promotions”, “Live”, and “SuperContest”. From there, all of the content you need will load in the middle of the screen. Just click your chosen bets to add them to your bet slip and then place a wager.
App Experience and Performance
SuperBook was built for mobile platforms, so that’s obviously where most of the money and time was invested. The result is a dedicated sports betting app that makes it very easy to find the lines you’re looking for and place the bets you want.
Everything is just a click away and there are several menus and category options to help you navigate the app. Customer support can be accessed through the app and you can also use it to make deposits and withdrawals.
Any issues that exist with the app are remedied pretty quickly, which is always the sign of a good sportsbook. If you experience any problems, don’t just keep them to yourself. Let the support staff know, as that’s the only way they will get fixed. In our experience, the customer support team is very helpful and always pleasant.
What We Like
SuperBook was one of the first operators to go mobile in the state of Nevada. It’s no surprise, considering the massive success of the Westgate SuperBook location. This reputation is one of the things that we like about SuperBook. It’s a name you can trust, and one that all bettors and sports fans know.
It’s not just about reputation, though. For many years, sports tipsters and journalists looked to the Westgate SuperBook for the latest odds. It became a Mecca of gambling—whenever there was a big game on the cards, everyone looked to Westgate to see where the markets were going.
Not only does SuperBook continue to be the source of sporting information for many fans and journalists, but it also offers some of the most competitive odds around. If you want the best odds on the biggest events, you can’t go wrong with SuperBook.
Room for Improvement
There are a few areas where SuperBook could improve.
Firstly, while the customer support is great and available through email and over the phone, there is no Live Chat facility.
Live Chat has become the gold standard of customer support in the online gambling industry and it’s unusual not to see it listed among the contact options. It’s even more unusual for a sports book to offer phone support and not Live Chat.
Of course, if you want immediate assistance or feel like you need to talk to someone, you can just dial the number and get help. But many players prefer Live Chat and its absence will frustrate some bettors.
It would also have been nice to see SuperBook available in more states. However, the US gambling industry is still evolving and is very tightly restricted, so this is not entirely SuperBook’s fault.
How to Register for SuperBook Sportsbook
Signing up for a SuperBook Sports account couldn’t be easier and it should only take a couple of minutes.
The first thing you need to do is make sure you’re in one of the accepted states, listed at the top of this review. There’s no getting around this, so don’t bother trying. You will be asked to confirm your location and your identity and must be present in the state during the signup process and when you place a bet.
If that box is ticked, it’s time to move on to the following steps:
- Join via the SuperBook website or after downloading the SuperBook app for iOS or Android.
- Click the “Sign Up” button.
- Enter your username, password, and email address.
- Enter and confirm your personal details to verify your identity and location.
- Finalize the signup process.
- You will be directed to the cashier where you can choose from one of the deposit methods.
- Enter a deposit amount and confirm.
Once you complete all of the above steps, you’re ready to place some bets at SuperBook.
Deposit Options
SuperBook offers a deposit method known as Play+. It’s an online account that you can fund using a variety of other payment options, including debit cards and PayPal. If you want to use e-wallets like PayPal, this is the way to do it.
When it comes time to withdraw, you can transfer your winnings from your SuperBook account to your Play+ account. From there, the money can be transferred from Play+ via electronic bank transfer or by using the physical card. This card is accepted anywhere you can use a Discover card, including ATMs, which allow you to convert those winnings into cash.
The minimum deposit is a little higher at SuperBook than what you might be used to, as you need at least $50 to get funds into your account.
